AT ORIGIN HEALTH MATERNAL FETAL CARE, we do ultrasounds and lots of them!
Ultrasounds are an invaluable tool for assessing, monitoring, measuring, evaluating, and diagnosing. We use ultrasound to guide procedures for mamas and babies before baby arrives. Ultrasound is an important tool for diagnosing and managing high risk pregnancy, but also pregnancies without complication, as well as for gynecological diagnoses.
Origin Health has skilled sonographers and high-quality machines in our various locations where we perform the various kinds of ultrasounds requested by your provider or to monitor your specialized care. Our imaging departments at Origin Health use the newest technology. We have GE Voluson ultrasound machines in each clinic. Our sonographers are fortunate not only to have an expert MFM to work with and learn from, but to be able to use top-of-the-line technology to serve you. Each of our sonographers has expertise in MFM sonography and is committed to keeping up with education and best practice recommendations.
Origin Health offers imaging services in Missoula, Great Falls, Helena, Butte, Kalispell, Ronan, and Hamilton where skilled sonographers perform ultrasounds and MFM consults are available if needed. Dr. Fausett carefully reads each ultrasound.
When you come to Origin Health for your 20-week anatomy scan, we are pleased to be able to give you a heartbeat lamb, a special remembrance of a precious moment allowing you to enjoy the sound of your baby’s heartbeat both before and after his or her arrival. Our sonographer records your baby’s heartbeat and place it in this soft stuffed animal.
